- Una vez que tenemos los medallones hacer tipo un sándwich con 2 medallones poniéndole en el centro la pomada de verduras en su centro. Para unir ambas tapasse usa agua presionando con los dedos para unir todo

- Queda como una hamburguesa rellena dejar reposar un tato en una fuente
- Asar a la parrilla de ambos lados
- Una vez cocido se unta con manteca y se come con la mano!!!!!
