- Añadir una rama de apio, sal y el cubo de caldo de res, revolver, cerrar y poner a fuego alto



- Aparte en un sartén se prepara un hogao/guiso con el pimentón, la cebolla, finas hierbas, comino, color, sal, aceite de oliva y se le agrega un poquito del agua de la carne... Cocinar hasta que la cebolla quede transparente, reservar.


- Después de aprox 30 minutos se agregan la zanahoria y la arveja, volver a tapar por aprox 15 minutos más


- Se agregan los dos tipos de papá y se dejan cocinar tapada la olla por 10 minutos más, luego se le agregan los fideos y se deja cocinar por otros 10 minutos más pero ya sin tapar la olla.



- Agregar suficiente cilantro, dejar reposar y servir... Yo lo serví con arroz blanco y yuca cocida
