- Cuando esté blandito, añadimos la carne salpimentada y cocinamos hasta que se dore. Una vez hecha añadimos orégano y tomate frito al gusto. Cocinamos por unos minutos más para que se integre.
- Una vez pasados los 15 minutos sacamos el calabacín del horno y rellenamos las barquitas con el relleno que hemos hecho. Ponemos un puñado de queso rallado por encima y metemos de nuevo los calabacines al horno 15 minutos más a 200ºC.
- Sacamos del horno, emplatamos y listo!! A disfrutar 😛
