  2. Picar los morrones y el ajo, tirarlos a la olla
  3. Agregarle las hojas de laurel y la carne picada
  4. Agregar los condimentos a gusto (están en frasquitos, producto de la cuarentena)
  5. Cocinar a fuego lento 15 minutos hasta que se vea la carne cocida, luego agregar el vino y subir el fuego por 5 minutos hasta que evapore el alcohol
  6. Agregar el tomate entero y el Puré de tomate (hice yo la conserva de tomate, otro fruto de la cuarentena)
  7. Tapar y dejar unos 10 minutos, luego agregar media cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio o azúcar (para cortar la acidez) luego el orégano
  8. 5 minutos más y listo, cuándo empieza a hacer burbujas es la señal de ir apagando el fuego
  9. Hoy hice una polenta con queso fresco (me pareció especial el día, pero sirve par todo esta salsa) espero que la disfruten
