- Pelamos y cortamos en cubitos pequeños las patatas para hervirlas para hacer un puré cremoso con leche mantequilla aceite sal y pimienta.



- Mientras salteamos la cebolla troceada pequeños, los pimientos y el ajo también troceados.Mezclamos bien y cuando esté dorada la cebolla agregamos la carne y las especias y la cucharada de tomate, yo le he puesto chimichurri aparte de todas las especias que es una salsa típica de Uruguay (contiene muchas especias que dan más sabor)en compro en el Mercadona, sino se le pone el resto de especias.



- Una vez hecha la carne le agregamos las olivas troceadas pequeñas, y preparamos la bandeja donde honraremos el pastel poniéndole un poquito de aceite para volcarle la mitad del puré hecho, esparciendolo bien y lo aplanamos con una espátula.Allí le agregamos el preparado de la carne.



- A continuación le ponemos encima la otra mitad del puré y lo cubrimos bien.Batimos un huevos con un poquito de perejil y sal y lo esparcimos por encima del pastel y por último lo cubrimos con el queso muzarella para que se dore bien.Lo horneamos a 180°durante 15 minutos y tenemos listo un plato perfecto para disfrutar en familia.
