- Enjuagar la carne molida, escurrirla y ponerla en un bowl, ahí poner el pan exprimido, añadir la sal, pimienta, comino, orégano y con la mano bien limpia y seca chancas la mezcla, debe quedar todo compacto e incorporados los ingredientes.
- Luego agregar la cebolla, el huevo crudo, el perejil y volver a mezclar con un tenedor, si quieren le agregan sazonador y le dan una última chancada a la mezcla.
- En un plato colocas la harina (3 o 4 cdas) y reservarla.
- Luego agarras una olla y pones aceite a calentar, una vez caliente colocas el resto de cebolla, el ajo, freír bien y luego añadir el tomate picado, mueves y finalmente el ají colorado y si quieren le agregan más orégano.
- Una vez bien frito el aderezo, añadir agua hirviendo, 1 hoja de laurel, le bajas el fuego.
- Luego pasamos a la carne y las manos bien limpias y lavadas, pasar las palmas por la harina para después tomar un poco de carne y hacen bolitas y las meten a la olla.
- Completan las bolitas todas en la olla, la tapan y si ven que les falta agua, le añaden más.
- Cuando comienza todo a hervir añaden las arverjitas, la zanahoria y el pimiento, dejan que se cocine todo y listo, disfruten de este plato fácil y riquísimo 😋
