- Picamos un ajo y mezclamos todos los ingredientes para las albóndigas en un bol grande.



- Una vez todo mezclado hacemos bolitas, las rebozamos en la harina y freímos un minuto para sellarlas. Y apartamos.


- Para la salsa freímos los dos ajos, las almendras y la media rebanada de pan. Una vez frito lo ponemos en un recipiente para batir, añadimos el vaso de vino y batimos.

- Por otro lado en una sartén sofreímos la cebolla y las zanahorias en aove hasta que estén bien blanditas.

- Añadir en la misma sartén la mezcla que hemos batido previamente y las albóndigas fritas. Dejamos cocinar unos minutos a fuego fuerte.

- Añadimos el vaso de agua y la pastilla de caldo de pollo y dejamos cocinar tapado a fuego medio durante 30 minutos.

- Yo he batido un poco de salsa para darle más cremosidad. Las puedes acompañar con patatas fritas o arroz.
