  8. Colocar en un bowl, condimentar con sal, pimienta, azúcar y jugo de limón. Mezclar todo y dejar reposar idealmente por 4 horas en la heladera.
  9. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de reposo, escurrir y agregar la mayonesa y la mostaza. Rectificar sazón.
