  2. PORCIONES: 16 albóndigas pequeñas
  3. 400 gr. carne de pernil de cerdo molido
  4. 1 diente ajo picado
  5. 1/2 cdta. comino en polvo
  6. 1/4 cdta. orégano seco
  7. 1/8 cdta. ají cayena
  8. 1 cda. perejil picado
  9. 1/2 cdta. sal
  10. 1 huevo batido
  11. 1/4 taza pan rallado

  14. 3/4 taza cebolla cortada en cuadritos
  15. 1 zanahoria cortada en trocitos
  16. 1 taza tallos de acelga cortado en láminas diagonalmente

  18. 1/4 pimiento verde cortado en palitos
  19. 1 papa cortada en trozos
  20. 1 huevo, romper
  21. 1 y ¼ litro de caldo del arrollado o usar caldo de costillar

    Agregar las albóndigas, papas, caldo de arrollado, dar un hervor, bajar el fuego y cocinar lentamente hasta que las papas queden cocinadas.
  5. Incorporar las masitas de pantrucas y cocinar por 3 a 4 minutos.
    Agregar el huevo mover con un cucharón pero sin mezclar mucho.
    Servir inmediatamente rociando con cilantro por encima.
