- Para el relleno, poner en la sartén, el aceite, cuando está caliente agregar los condimentos, sofreír un poquito y agregar la carne con el cubo de carne, dejar cocinar un poco y agregar pimentón, cuando hago la salsa de maizena le agrego una cda a la carne.

- Para la salsa de maizena, pongo en cacerola 1 cda de aceite, la maizena y la leche, los condimentos, mezclo bien antes de llevar al fuego, y voy revolviendo, para que no se hagan grumos, cuando está lista le agrego queso rallado.
- Para la salsa, pico bien chiquito los tomates, pongo a sofreír un poquito las verduras del chimichurri, le agrego el tomate, pizca de sal, dejo cocinar un poquito y empiezo a rellenar mis canelones, los pongo en fuente de horno, les agrego la salsa blanca, y la salsa de tomate, y a disfrutar, me salieron 20 con esta receta
