- 500 gr carne picada mixta de cerdo y vacuno
- 200 ml nata para cocinar
- 40 gr harina
- 1 cucharadita mostaza

- 1 cebolla mediana
- 50 ml leche
- 1 diente ajo
- 1 huevo

- Después de 20 minutos sacaremos las albóndigas y tendremos una sartén de aceite caliente preparada para darles vuelta y vuelta, no hay que hacerlas solo marcarlas
- Una vez las tenemos marcadas por todos los lados las meteremos al horno a 180°C calor arriba y abajo durante 30 minutos. (Vigiladlas porque cada horno es diferente!)
- Mientras se hacen iremos preparando la salsa: añadiremos en un cazo una cucharada de mantequilla, cuandi esté derretida añadiremos la harina y mezclaremos.
- Una vez mezclada la harina con la mantequilla añadiremos el caldo de pollo e iremos mezclando y deshaciendo los grumos.
- Cuando haya espesado un poco añadiremos la nata de cocinar, la mostaza y la salsa de soja
- Mezclaremos hasta que la salsa espese un poco más y esté todo bien mezclado.
- Sacaremos las albóndigas del horno pasados los 30 min y emplatamos
- Yo pongo unas cuantas albóndigas xon la salsa encima y lo acompaño con puré de patata pero podéis acompañarlo con lo que prefiráis (patatas al horno, etc)
