  4. Con nuestra carne picada aliñada, haremos bolitas y las pondremos en los huecos de los calabacines haciendo un poco de presión, para que después no se salgan.
  5. Y una vez que tengamos montados los calabacines con las albóndigas, pasaremos a hacer el sofrito.
  6. Cuando tengamos los ajos y la cebollas pelados y sin el germen, cortaremos el ajo en cuadrados muy pequeños, la cebolla en cuadrados medianos y la carne de los calabacines en trozos pequeños.
  7. Añadiremos aceite de oliva en una cazuela baja, y cuando esté calientes añadiremos los ajos, la cebolla y la carne del calabacín, moveremos y cuando empiece a coger un color semitransparente, verteremos la sal, la pimienta, el rash al hanout y dos hojas de laurel, moveremos.
  8. Incorporaremos los calabacines con albóndigas, taparemos y dejaremos cocinar unos 10 minutos, opcionalmente podéis echarle colorante alimenticio, yo le he echado un poco y queda muy vistoso.
  9. Tras 20 minutos más aproximadamente, ya estarán hechos, y ya podremos servir.
  10. Para decorar, pondremos una hoja de cilantro, y ya estará listo, ¡mirad que pinta tiene!
