  5. PARA LA SALSA!! picar 1 cebolla, 1/2 morrón y 2 tomates SIN PIEL.

  7. Condimentar con orégano, sal, pimentón y una pizca de pimienta negra. Mezclar bien y agregar las albóndigas. Cocinar hasta que esté listo el tuco! 30, 40 minutos a fuego medio/mínimo.
