- Lavar y cortar el morrón en tiras ni tan gruesa ni tan fina, cortamos la cebolla en juliana, pelamos rallamos la zanahoria y reservamos a la hora de utilizar.
- Agarramos una procesadora y vertemos el ajo y perejil con un poco de aceite y sal y procesamos.
- En una olla ponemos la cebolla y el morrón con un poco de aceite y freímos hasta que la cebolla estén media transparente, una vez listo agregamos el ajo y el perejil procesado y mezclamos, agregar la zanahoria rallada y mezclamos hasta que se integrem bien.
- Una vez que se están doran las cebolla agregar las albóndigas y cocinar de ambas lados (si ves que se pega agregarle un chorrito de agua caliente).
- Una vez que las albóndigas están casi listas agregar el puré de tomates, sal y los condimentos y dejar cocinar durante 2 minutos..
- Una vez que pasó el tiempo agregarle agua caliente hasta tapar las papas y dejar cocinar si es necesario agregarle más sal.
