Sin dejar de mover y con cuidado de que no se queme, le añadimos un vasito de vino y un chorrito de coñac y lo incorporamos a la olla junto a la hoja de laurel y la pastilla de Avecrem y cubrimos con agua


- Dejamos que cuezan a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 40 min hasta que la salsa reduzca, si os gusta con un poco más de color podéis echarle unas hebras de azafrán
