- Una vez hecho este paso, procederemos a freírlas vuelta y vuelta para SELLAR la carne y retirarlas y quitarle el aceite sobrante.


- Una vez el sofrito realizado, lo batimos en la Thermomix o batidora hasta dejarlo líquido como si de una crema se tratase para posteriormente echarlo en la olla de agua (2 vasos y medio de agua y sus hojas de laurel).



- Una vez tenemos la salsa vertida, procederemos a poner las albóndigas dentro de la olla y a fuego lento- medio durante unos 20 minutos añadiremos el colorante y pimentón dulce para darle el último toque.
