- Una vez cocida la carne, tapamos el sartén donde se encuentra y la dejamos reposar

Cuando esté hirviendo la apagamos y empezamos a colocar en ella 5 capas de lasagna para ablandar (no colocar más de 4 o 5 porque se pueden pegar entre sÃ) y con un tenedor ir controlando que no se pasen. En la caja que compre decÃa “SIN PREHIDRATAR” PERO OJO!! Hay que hidratarlas igual, quedan muy duras si no.
- Una vez que pasta esté más blanda, en la fuente que elegimos para la lasagna vamos a poner un poco de salsa que cocinamos previamente. Esto nos va a ayudar para que se hidrate aún más toda la preparación. Arriba de esta salsa, pondremos la primer capa de pasta y luego de ella carne, otra capa, jamón en feta y queso mantecoso en cuadraditos. Asà hasta llegar a la quinta capa. Cuando llegamos a esta última, le agregaremos queso rallado por encima para que se gratine en el horno
- La enviamos al horno, yo la tapé con papel aluminio pero si no tienen no importa. Hasta que se gratine el queso de arriba, luego, retirar, cortar y a disfrutar 😄💗
